- Should address a question or issue that is relevant for clinical practice.
- Do not require (but may include) a systematic review of the literature search.
A Methods section is not required for Narrative Reviews but may be included to summarize the literature search. If included, briefly describe the characteristics of the literature searched and included in the review (bibliographic databases, other sources, search terms, dates included, date the literature search was conducted, and any process used to evaluate the literature).
The Discussion/Observations section has no special restrictions for organizing the subsections. However, they should be numbered, for easier reading, understanding, and further reference.
Recommendations should be supported with evidence and should rely on recent systematic reviews and guidelines, if available
